Sita Walker, Principal/ Owner is a planner and architectural design consultant with a career built on understanding how things actually get built — from writing land use policy, to high-quality design detailing, to physical construction and fabrication.

Her background spans close to 20 years of experience in design and fabrication with over 10 years of active planning and urban design experience in the Portland Metro area.

Her architectural design training — paired with hands-on fabrication experience in wood, metal, and digital manufacturing — gives her an unique ability to evaluate projects not just for regulatory compliance, but for whether they will actually work on the ground.

Sita holds a Master of City and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
