Spark Consulting & Design is an independent, woman-owned planning and design practice led by Sita Walker, a planner and architectural design consultant with over a decade of municipal planning experience and design.
Most planning consultants know the code. Fewer know what it produces on the ground. Spark was built around that gap, working from the policy side, zoning and comprehensive plans, all the way through site planning, design, and permit drawings.
The result is a planner who understands what gets built, not just what gets approved.
